The 102nd Session of China Import and Export Fair-CANTON FAIR
To Whom It May Concern：
The 102nd Session of China Import and Export Fair (CIEF 102nd) will be held from 15th October to 30th October, 2007 in Guangzhou.
China Import and Export Fair, also called Canton Fair, is held twice a year in Spring and Autumn since it was inaugurated in the Spring of 1957. It is China's largest trade fair of the highest level, of the most complete varieties and of the largest attendance and business turnover. Preserving its traditions, the Fair is a comprehensive and multi-functional event of international importance. And it is also one of the largest exhibitions around the worldwide. Since the last edition, CIEF increased the pavilion for international exhibitors which brought in notable results. For two consecutive times China National Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Corporation (CMEC) has been appointed by the China Foreign Trade Center as one of the recruiting agents for international sales. CMEC will be responsible for exhibitor recruitment of International Pavilion. The exact details will be conducted by CMEC International Exhibition Co., Ltd.

General Regulations
1. Applicants shall be the companies legally registered over 3 years (including 3 years) by eligible law in any country or region other than mainland China.
2. Copy of the Company Registration Certificate (with company stamp) or other valid certificates shall be submitted first by fax then by post for the original document.
3. Agents or distributors must present the original letter of Authorization (with company stamp)first by fax then by post for the original document.
4. Exhibits shall be produced in any country or region other than mainland China. Certificate of Origin shall be submitted.
5. During the assembly, only the exhibitors who can present the original documents including Customs Clearance or ATA Certificate, can enter the exhibition hall.
